About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll work with small and medium-sized businesses across Australia, helping them find the right freight and logistics solutions. You'll manage existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support customers throughout their journey with Team Global Express. This role is primarily office-based and involves What You'll Be Doing

  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular phone and online contact.

  • Support and manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts.

  • Assist customers with enquiries and provide outstanding service.

  • Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and win new business.

  • Conduct market research and prospecting activities.

  • Participate in sales campaigns and outbound calling activities.

  • Help onboard new customers and introduce them to our systems and services.

  • Maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce CRM.

  • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and sales teams to deliver great outcomes.

  • Participate in training, development programs, and team initiatives phone calls, video meetings, and occasional face-to-face customer visits. You'll receive training, coaching, and support from experienced sales leaders to help you develop your commercial skills and build a rewarding sales career
