Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for a passionate and detail-focused People & Culture Administrator to join our team.

Main Duties

Join our People & Culture team supporting a purpose-driven organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys HR systems, administration, improving processes and supporting a positive employee experience. You will play a key role in ensuring our people processes, systems and documentation are accurate, accessible and support our teams across the organisation.

22.5 hours per week - flexible working options available

About the role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and manage employee records within our HRIS, ensuring accuracy, compliance and data integrity
  • Process HR transactions including new starters, variations, changes and employee movements
  • Support recruitment coordination including advertisements, interview scheduling, candidate communication and onboarding
  • Maintain HR templates, forms, processes and SharePoint documentation
  • Support HR reporting, compliance tracking and workforce data requirements
  • Manage the People & Culture inbox and provide responsive administrative support
  • Assist with employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding
  • Coordinate People & Culture events, training sessions, inductions and workshops

About you

You will be an organised and proactive HR administrator who enjoys working with systems and supporting people. You will bring:

  • Experience in HR administration, coordination or a similar role
  • Strong HRIS capability, including maintaining records, reporting and data accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of HR processes and documentation
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and supporting a values-driven workplace

A qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (or working towards one) would be highly regarded.
