The Opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic Casual Fit Test Technicians to join our growing team.
This role is available in Belmont and Mandurah. You’ll receive comprehensive on-the-job training while delivering respiratory and hearing protection fit testing to clients across a wide range of industries. As your experience develops, there will be opportunities to work across client sites throughout metropolitan, regional and remote Western Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Fit Testing: Conduct respiratory and hearing protection fit testing.
- Health Surveillance: Assist with occupational health services as training is completed
- Training: Educate workers on the correct use, fitting and care of respiratory and hearing protection.
- Equipment: Calibrate and maintain specialised testing equipment.
- Reporting: Accurately record testing results and complete reports.
- Client Service: Deliver professional, friendly and reliable service.
- Travel: Travel to client sites throughout metropolitan, regional and remote WA.
- Teamwork: Work as part of a supportive, high-performing team.
Who We Are Looking For
The Essentials
- Flexibility: Ability to work across our Belmont and Mandurah clinics and travel throughout WA, including FIFO, DIDO and ad hoc assignments.
- Communication: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Organisation: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Technology: Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Teamwork: Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Licence: Valid unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Right to Work: Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident).
Highly Regarded (but not essential)
- Fit Testing: Current respirator and/or hearing protection fit testing experience .
- Industry: Experience in healthcare, occupational hygiene, mining, safety or customer service.
- Remote Work: Experience working remotely, on mine sites or in FIFO environments.
- Health Surveillance: Experience with drug and alcohol screening or health surveillance.
