- Coordinate with RTOs and ensure recruitment, compliance, WHS and documentation requirements are met.
- Contribute to tender submissions and support First Nations employment initiatives and programs.
About you
You're someone who builds trust quickly and enjoys bringing people together. Whether you're working with employers, community or apprentices, you're motivated by creating opportunities that make a real difference. You understand how to balance commercial outcomes with genuine relationships and long-term success.
You'll bring:
- Experience in business development, employer engagement, recruitment, Group Training or the VET sector.
- Strong relationship management and networking skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across employers, community organisations, government and education providers.
- Experience working with First Nations communities and applying culturally responsive engagement practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a target-driven environment.
