Are you the person who keeps everything moving, everyone organised and the office running like clockwork?

Prudence Rehab are looking for an energetic, proactive and highly organised Office & Business Support Coordinator

Why this role?

No two days will look the same. Support our leadership team, manage key admin processes, coordinate events and help us work smarter.

This is more than a traditional office coordinator role. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact across operations, events, executive support, systems, compliance and culture.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the go to person to keep Prudence Rehab running seamlessly

  • Make day to day operations feel effortless. Coordinate office operations, supplies, workflows and business support activities

  • Be a trusted right hand to leadership, managing diaries, travel, correspondence and meeting materials

  • Deliver standout events, meetings and conferences from start to finish

  • Own and improve how we work by supporting key systems (SharePoint, Teams, Confluence) and streamlining processes

  • Play a key role in governance and ISO compliance, keeping everything organised and on track

  • Build strong relationships and help create a connected, inclusive and high performing workplace

Who you are

You are organised, practical, confident and calm under pressure, enjoy variety, take ownership and love making things smoother for the people around you.

What you’ll bring

  • Years of experience in office coordination, administration or business support

  • A proactive mindset and genuine interest in improving systems and processes

  • The ability to juggle competing priorities and follow through with accuracy and care

  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills across Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

  • Experience using SharePoint to manage content, documents or team spaces

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem solving skills

  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to work with people at all levels

Experience with Microsoft Forms, Lists or Power Automate and a Diploma of Business or Diploma of Leadership & Management would be a bonus but isn’t essential.
