What is my role?
As Channel Sales Manager, you are responsible for the acquisition and growth of ALE’s channel business with the business partners in your territory
Reporting to the Country Business Leader, you will collaborate closely with the ALE Channel Sales Team, Account Managers and Consultants to achieve your goals with your channels
Your mission is to grow ALE’s channel business in your territory
Your goal is to create preference for ALE solutions by providing an excellent ALE partner experience and ensuring the right product fit for their specific requirements
What am I responsible for?
- You are responsible for creating and executing a clear Channel Growth Plan for your territory
- You are responsible to grow business with your existing partner base
- You are responsible for the acquisition and on-boarding of new partners
- You are responsible for business partner satisfaction, ensuring an “ease of doing business” with ALE, following due processes etc.

You want to make a statement and achieve clear goals and growth with your partners in your territory. You enjoy networking, strengthening existing relations and creating new ones? You are a self-starter, who enjoys the hybrid workplace (work from anywhere) and the team work, together with your ALE colleagues.
With [5 - 10] years of experience in Channel Sales Management, you have a proven track record of success in the partner market and a solid understanding of what it means to be an over achiever in the field. You already come with relations and networks in the industry you can tap into and having a clear understanding and knowledge of ALE’s type ICT solutions (networks, wifi, telephony and cloud collaboration, is a bonus.
