Key responsibilities
- Develop GenAI/RAG reference architectures on Azure.
- Develop AI agents and enable connectivity to enterprise systems via power automate.
- Design and deliver AI solutions for IT and Business Services
- Ability to work on pipelines for PDF/image OCR, layout-aware parsing, semantic chunking, and metadata enrichment.
- Implement vector + lexical hybrid search and semantic rerankers.
- Design prompt strategies, context assembly, and answer validation.
- Build secure, scalable deployments on AKS/Functions with CI/CD and observability.
- Enforce policy controls, content filtering, and auditability.
- Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and mentor engineers.
