- This role is Permanent Part-time, 30hrs/fortnight

- To support operational requirements, you must have availability for:
o Tuesday & Wednesday: 10:00am - 6:15pm
o Friday: 11:30am - 8:30pm
o Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am - 6:30pm

Team vision (text) As a Customer Co-worker, you play an important role in creating a positive and memorable experience for every customer. You will be the face of IKEA at key customer touchpoints, supporting customers with enquiries, returns, exchanges, and solutions that make their shopping experience easier and more enjoyable.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering excellent customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds while ensuring compliance with IKEA policies and procedures.
- Resolving customer enquiries and complaints by identifying solutions and escalating complex issues when required.
- Recording customer interactions and transaction information accurately within IKEA systems.
- Completing daily operational tasks and ensuring the department is clean, safe, and ready for customers.
- Working collaboratively with co-workers across the store to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Ensuring customers leave IKEA with a positive final impression of their visit.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or a similar customer-facing environment will be highly regarded.
- Confidence using digital systems and technology, with the ability to accurately process customer transactions, maintain records, and quickly learn new tools and processes.
