What this job involves
Manage a defined portfolio of sites which includes (but is not limited to):
- Property On’s and Off’s
- Property Inspections
- Finance and budgets
- Building/Statutory Compliance
- Asset Management
- Critical Dates Management
- Rent Roll Management
- Assistance and support with the development of client Property Management Plans
- Key Relationship Management
- Management of escalations and complaints
- Monthly/Annual reporting requirements
As part of a geographically dispersed team, you will support in the provision of property portfolio management, promoting and implementing best practice across a mix of owned properties and leased premises for our Commonwealth Clients. The role will be accountable for the management of a regionally based portfolio, including property management, leasing, and lease administration functions.
Provide SME advice to our client and team, acting as a trusted advisor on end-to-end property management. Key to this role is the ability to work collaboratively across the broader Account and Work Dynamics business in the pursuit and implementation of best practice and key contract deliverables.
This position will assist the National Property Manager across the assigned portfolio to manage an extensive client base as well as the property management, transaction team and Lease Administration team performance. The role will work in partnership with the Operations Managers to collaborate and work together to achieve shared account goals and objectives.
- Deliver operational, client & customer agency service excellence across the client portfolio.
- Manage the Owned Property assets and Leased Premises in a way that supports the service delivery functions of the Commonwealth Agencies that occupy the Properties.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders such as Landlords and client site contacts.
- Work with Government to ensure operational efficiencies in the use of the Owned Properties and Leased Premises by Client Agencies.
Ensure all Conflicts of Interest (COI) are effectively managed in accordance with the client endorsed JLL COI Management processes (whether perceived, potential or actual). This includes prompt notification to client in writing of any conflicts that arise (or are likely to arise), making full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the conflict and outlining activities proposed to resolve or otherwise deal with the conflict.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including tenants, investors, and senior executives.
- Proficient in industry-standard software and tools for financial analysis and reporting.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property transactions and associated services with a track record
- Preferred Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
- Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and or any additional associated Entity clearances.
