Site Manager

A well-established head contractor with over 30 years of success is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join its growing Sydney team.

With an increasing pipeline of remediation, restoration, and structural repair projects, this business is delivering commercial and residential works valued at up to $20M. As they continue to secure larger-scale projects, they're looking for a Site Manager who can lead from the front and deliver quality outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, coordinating trades, driving the programme, quality, and safety, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

About You

• Proven experience delivering remedial, restoration, or façade projects in the position of Site Manager
• Strong understanding of waterproofing, concrete repair, and structural remediation
• Previous experience as a Site Manager with a head contractor
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Committed to quality, safety, and programme delivery
