About the Company
Some growth roles hand you a playbook.
This one hands you a proven motion and the keys to build the rest, with AI in your hands from day one.
A founder-led B2B SaaS company has taken a chronic, expensive problem for professional services firms and turned it into automated, recurring revenue. ARR grew around 5x last year. Net revenue retention is above 120%. Account retention is 97.6%. NPS nearly tripled in six months. It is pre-Series A, with a raise on the horizon.
The channels already work. Live events and ecosystem referrals convert, across APAC, the US and the UK.
Outbound is paused only because the founder ran out of hours, not because it stopped working.
About the Role
What is missing is one person to own growth in-house and run it in with what managing the frontier LLM actually looks like.
Responsibilities
The basics:
- $100,000–$130,000 base + equity
- Sydney CBD, in office four days a week, with some event travel
- First dedicated growth marketing hire, reporting to the founder
- A clear path to lead growth as the team scales
The reality:
- You build the growth engine and run it with AI as a force multiplier, so one person delivers like a much larger team.
- You own events end to end.
- You bring webinars and email in-house and beat the outsourced version.
- You switch outbound back on and prove the channels no one has built yet.
This is for people who are AI-forward at the build level, not in theory. You're a systems thinker that is itching to flex AI's current capabilities into a business for real ownership and impact.
You're a marketing generalist who can run any channel, then stand up a new one from scratch.
Who are motivated by ownership and upside, not a big brand to hide behind.
