Senior Geologist (Consulting)

Austcorp Executive is exclusively partnering with a National Mining Consultancy to recruit a Senior Geology Consultant this Consultancy maintains a proven track record of project delivery for some of the most exciting and challenging mining projects, globally.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Deliver geological consulting tasks and projects to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality
• Contribute to geological modelling, resource estimation, and technical reporting
• Support JORC and / or other resource reporting workflows under appropriate supervision
• Review, validate, and interpret geological, drilling, sampling, and assay data
• Apply appropriate QA/QC and sampling standards
• Prepare technical figures, tables, summaries, and report sections
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and delivery coordination

Your Experience Will Include:

• 5 to 10 years' experience in geology, preferably across mining, consulting, exploration, or resource definition
• Strong technical foundation in geological interpretation, modelling, and data analysis
• Experience with geological modelling software and industry-standard tools
• Exposure to resource estimation and reporting workflows
• Understanding of the JORC Code and resource classification principles
• Strong data management, validation, sampling, and QA/QC capability
