About The Role
This is a career-defining leadership opportunity to spearhead a major new landscape project in Perth and build a team from the ground up.
As a Senior Associate Landscape Associate, you will lead the delivery of high-profile projects across public domain, education, health, and urban precincts. You’ll take ownership from concept through to completion, driving design quality, client outcomes, and commercial success.
Working Closely With Design Leaders And Project Directors, You’ll Guide Projects Through Early Design To Delivery, While Shaping The Future Of The Perth Studio Through Team Leadership, Mentoring, And Growth. In Addition, You Will
- Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery across a range of landscape projects
- Drive design outcomes and provide technical leadership across public realm, open space, and urban precinct work
- Partner with senior leaders on project strategy, briefing, and concept development, while proactively managing risks and challenges
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, while identifying opportunities and contributing to bids and business growth
- Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing team, mentoring individuals and supporting performance and career development
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated outcomes and contribute to studio culture and continuous improvement
About You
We are looking for a confident, collaborative, and highly capable Senior Landscape Associate who combines strong design leadership with advanced technical expertise and a strategic mindset.
You Will Bring
- Degree in Landscape Architecture (or similar) with solid industry experience and a proven track record delivering projects from concept to completion
- Strong design capability supported by technical knowledge, documentation skills, and understanding of Australian standards and construction practices
- Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted client relationships and manage a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading projects, coordinating teams, and managing scope, timelines, and budgets
- A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others, is proficient in key design tools (Revit, Adobe, MS Office), and brings a proactive, growth-focused mindset
