Location- SYDNEY

Position- 6-12 months contract with possible of extension.

Position: Onsite Engineering Lead / Engineering Manager

Location: Newcastle, NSW (with periodic local travel to manufacturing site as required)

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite engineering point of contact for project works.

• Lead and participate in site walkdowns, capture photos, field data, and constraints.

• Provide engineering judgement on scope clarity, assumptions, and site conditions.

• Support preparation and execution of brownfield / MOC engineering works.

• Translate site requirements into clear engineering inputs for offshore teams.

• Enable quality delivery by quickly resolving technical ambiguities and queries.

• Build site confidence in offshore engineering delivery through visible ownership.

Experience Profile (Indicative)

• Senior mechanical / civil / structural engineer (multi discipline exposure preferred)

• Strong experience in live manufacturing / brownfield environments

• Comfortable working with operations, maintenance, and projects

• Hands on engineering mindset with strong site presence
