An established commercial builder is seeking an experienced

Contract Administrator to join the team on an initial

6-month contract, with the opportunity for an extension based on project requirements and performance.

Working across a portfolio of commercial and healthcare fit out projects, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery from a commercial and contractual perspective. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable main contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative team culture.

The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Administering subcontractor packages from procurement through to final accounts
• Preparing and managing subcontract agreements
• Assessing and processing progress claims and payment schedules
• Managing project variations and contractual documentation
• Assisting with project cost reporting and forecasting
• Supporting procurement activities and tender evaluations
• Maintaining accurate project records and contract documentation
• Working closely with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery

About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

• 3–5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial builder
• Experience delivering commercial fit out projects, with healthcare project experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial administration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
