ConsultANZ is looking for a Boilermaker/Welder role in Perth.

Main Duties

Working within a busy workshop and site-based environment, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and fabricating components for heavy civil and piling equipment to ensure maximum reliability and performance.

• Perform welding, fabrication, and repair work on heavy civil and piling equipment.
• Carry out maintenance and refurbishment of drill rigs, piling rigs, excavators, cranes, and associated plant.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans.
• Conduct inspections and identify wear, damage, or structural issues.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high-quality standard.
• Collaborate with mechanics, fitters, and site personnel to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements

• Trade qualification as a Boilermaker, Welder, or Metal Fabricator.
• Experience working on heavy construction, mining, civil, or piling equipment.
• Strong MIG, TIG, and Stick welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Current Australian Driver's License.
• Full Australian working rights.
