We are looking for a commercially driven

Member Benefits Program Manager to grow and evolve RAC’s member benefits ecosystem by building partnerships that deliver meaningful, everyday value to our members.

Your Impact

This is a unique opportunity to own and grow a high-profile member program. You’ll develop new partnerships while strengthening and optimising an established network of program partners.

You’ll play a key role in:

  • Expanding RAC’s member offering through new member benefits partner acquisition
  • Strengthening relationships with existing partners to improve value, performance, and engagement
  • Identifying opportunities to help members save on everyday household spend through relevant and compelling offers

What you’ll do

  • Identify, pitch and secure new commercial partnerships that enhance RAC’s member benefits program
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners across key household and lifestyle categories
  • Develop compelling value propositions and lead negotiations to successful outcomes
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of partners, ensuring strong relationships and commercial performance
  • Oversee partner onboarding, contract management, and ongoing performance tracking
  • Monitor program performance, member engagement and financial outcomes, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate across RAC to align partner initiatives with broader business and member strategies

What are we looking for in you?

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships or B2B sales, with a track record of winning and growing commercial relationships
  • Strong ability to engage, influence and present to senior external stakeholders
  • Experience managing ongoing commercial relationships, contracts and performance outcomes
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to balance growth, member value and partner outcomes
  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach. You should be comfortable operating across both external engagement and internal delivery
  • Experience working across consumer-facing categories or ecosystems is highly regarded

Experience in loyalty, rewards, and / or membership-based programs will be advantageous.
