We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator currently based in Perth who thrives in fast-paced project environments and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This isn't just an administration role. We're looking for someone with strong project financials experience who understands cost control, forecasting, governance, and reporting, while confidently supporting multiple projects and competing priorities.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting Project Managers across a portfolio of technology projects
- Tracking project budgets, costs, forecasts and financial reporting
- Assisting with end-of-month activities including accruals and financial administration
- Preparing governance packs, status reports, RAID logs and dashboards
- Coordinating project schedules, meetings and key milestones
- Monitoring project progress to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Managing competing priorities across multiple projects simultaneously
- Working closely with vendors, stakeholders and project teams to keep delivery on track
To be successful you’ll have
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within complex project environments
- Strong project financial management skills including budget tracking, forecasting and cost control
- Excellent organisational skills and a genuine ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Experience producing high-quality governance and project reporting
- Confidence working with project schedules and coordinating multiple workstreams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across technical and business teams
- A proactive mindset with the initiative to identify issues before they become problems
