What this job involves

You will assist in the management of the day-to-day scheduled activities for an incredibly prominent & high profile facility. You will manage Tenant Service Requests (TSR’s) through JLL’s portal and assist the Workplace Managers with client tenancy services (both hard and soft) and assigning to contractors to procure. You will then inspect works once completed to ensure satisfactory levels of workmanship and compliance are achieved.

A snapshot of the role

  • Proactively engage all stakeholders including all tenants to ensure the client’s expectations are met
  • Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
  • Be a key point of contact for all the facilities in the client’s premises
  • Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget and that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL best practice
  • Actively work to ensure that the site’s financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
  • 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required
