About the Role

As the Client Administration Team Leader, you will oversee reception and administrative services across our Salisbury and Modbury North sites, ensuring efficient scheduling, strong team performance and an exceptional customer experience within a predominately NDIS service environment along with a smaller portion of privately funded services.

  • Lead and support the Client Administration team, managing rostering, coverage and day-to-day operations across both sites
  • Oversee client scheduling and resource coordination to maximise utilisation and respond to changing service demand
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service while managing escalations and fostering strong stakeholder relationships
  • Drive efficient administration operations, ensuring workflows, documentation and compliance requirements are met
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, team performance and overall service delivery

Desired Skills And Experience

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in administration, reception or service coordination environments (NDIS/health/community services highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of client scheduling, resource allocation and service delivery within an NDIS or similar framework
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop team members, managing performance and driving accountability
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage complex or escalated situations professionally and empathetically
  • Advanced organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites
  • High level communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and confident approach
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy, compliance and data integrity across systems and processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficient, scalable solutions
  • Certificate in Administration, Business or related discipline (desirable)
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check required to commence
