Investment Manager – Infrastructure, Energy Transition - Private Capital

The Investment Manager will sit at the centre of transaction and bid activity, working closely with senior investment professionals to identify opportunities, shape investment strategies and drive successful project outcomes. The role will have significant exposure to PPP procurement processes, supporting all aspects of competitive bid submissions, commercial negotiations, financial structuring and transaction execution. Beyond financial analysis, the position will involve coordinating multidisciplinary adviser teams, engaging with government and consortium partners, and helping to navigate complex commercial decisions through to financial close.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience within PPP advisory, infrastructure investing, project finance, investment banking or a related field.
• Advanced financial modelling and investment analysis capabilities.
• Strong understanding of PPP bid processes and infrastructure procurement frameworks.
• Experience assessing commercial, financial and contractual risks across large-scale projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including government bodies, sponsors, lenders and external advisers.
• Well-developed commercial judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Collaborative approach and ability to perform effectively in high-pressure transaction environments.
