We're partnering with a well-established organisation based in Gosford, 2250 NSW, to recruit a Power Apps Developer who is passionate about building modern business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you'll work closely with a collaborative IT team to design, develop, implement, and support custom business applications that improve operational efficiency across the organisation.

- This role is office-based 5 days per week during probation, with the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week after successful completion of probation.
Salary
$80,000 - $110,000 + Super (depending on experience) Max $110,000 base + super and cannot go above this. If you cannot accept this salary, then please don't apply.
What you'll be doing
- Design and develop business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and support Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with both technical and non-technical users.
- Develop scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications with a strong focus on performance and usability.
- Evaluate new Power Platform features through proof of concepts and prototyping.
- Partner with the Senior Systems Engineer on solution design and migration from legacy applications.
- Provide ongoing application support, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Produce technical documentation, user guides, and operational manuals.
About you
You'll have hands-on experience developing solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform and enjoy working directly with stakeholders to solve business challenges.
Ideally you'll have
- Around 2+ years' experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
- Experience using Dataverse as a data source.
- Power Automate workflow development experience.
- Power BI and Power Query knowledge.
- SharePoint development and integration experience.
- Strong UI/UX awareness with the ability to create intuitive business applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- An understanding of data privacy and information security best practices (healthcare experience is advantageous).

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- A portfolio showcasing previously developed Power Apps solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
