Social Media Manager – Health & Fitness

This role is ideal for a creative and organized Social Media Manager passionate about health, fitness, and digital engagement. You will be responsible for managing and growing Instagram and TikTok channels for a dynamic meal brand, ensuring all content aligns with the marketing calendar and campaign schedule. The position involves collaborating with internal and external partners, overseeing content creation, and supporting the development of an AI-generated content department. You will play a key role in building a vibrant online community and driving brand awareness through innovative social strategies.

Deliverables

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content for Instagram and TikTok
• Coordinate and execute social media campaigns in line with the marketing calendar
• Manage and grow the UGC (User Generated Content) database
• Collaborate with the CRO, videographers, graphic designer, and external partners
• Monitor and respond to community engagement, fostering positive interactions
• Support the creation and integration of AI-generated content
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media activity

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media channels, preferably in health, fitness, or food sectors
• Strong content creation skills, including short-form video and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok best practices and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Experience working with UGC and influencer partnerships is a plus
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for digital trends
• Based in or able to work with teams in Sydney, Australia (remote considered for the right candidate)
