This role is ideal for a creative and strategic social media professional passionate about the beauty and wellness industry. You will be responsible for revitalizing the online presence of a boutique salon chain, developing and executing a cohesive social media strategy to position the brand as an industry authority. The focus will be on increasing engagement, growing the audience, and driving customer interest through compelling content and consistent brand messaging.

Deliverables

Develop and implement a refreshed social media strategy tailored to the salon’s brand and target audience.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
Collaborate with salon staff to capture authentic content and highlight services, promotions, and customer experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant best practices into the content plan.

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media for brands, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Based in Sydney or able to work remotely with flexible availability for content coordination.
