About the role

This is a newly created National Business Development Manager position, responsible for driving the adoption of a specialised hospital medication dispensing and workflow solution across Australia’s public and private healthcare networks.

This role sits at the centre of hospital medication workflow transformation, working across pharmacy operations, clinical stakeholders, procurement teams and executive decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of a hospital medication management and dispensing solution across public and private hospitals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from executive engagement through to clinical and operational stakeholders
  • Develop and execute structured territory and account strategies to drive market penetration and growth
  • Deliver product demonstrations and solution-based presentations to senior hospital stakeholders
  • Partner with internal clinical, technical and service teams to support implementation and customer success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across pharmacy, nursing, procurement, IT and hospital executive teams

About you

  • Experience in hospital-facing sales across medtech, pharmacy automation, healthcare IT or capital equipment
  • Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and complex stakeholder environments
  • Ability to confidently engage across clinical, technical and executive audiences
  • Background in medication management systems, pharmacy workflows or hospital technology highly regarded
  • Proven success in solution-based or capital sales with long and complex sales cycles
  • Strong commercial acumen, resilience and ability to close strategic deals
  • Willingness to travel nationally
