About The Role
Join our Business Services team as a Team Administrator and play a pivotal role in supporting our Partners and wider team, ensuring the seamless delivery of administrative, operational and client service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple Partners, Directors and the wider Business Services team and take ownership of these tasks via our Service Now platform.
- Manage correspondence, diaries, meetings and competing priorities to support effective workflow management.
- Prepare client engagement documentation, reports, presentations and other business correspondence.
- Coordinate client onboarding activities and maintain accurate records across internal systems.
- Support billing, expense claims, credit card reconciliations and other administrative processes.
- Assist with ASIC and ATO lodgements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, training sessions and team events.
- Format and quality review client and internal documents in line with BDO standards.
- Support Directors and Managers with workflow coordination and day-to-day administration.
- Manage our client systems and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies across both our systems and processes.
- Undertake general office administration duties as required.
- You will have a team of two in our Client Services Team to assist with the above tasks and will report to you.
About You
- Previous experience in a Senior Team Administrator, or similar role within a professional services or public practice environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, professional and client-focused approach.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Service Now, Workday, Practice Ignition and/or CAS360 would be advantageous.
