Role Description & Responsibilities
- Partner dynamically with Client Executives and customers to secure, manage, and maximize software maintenance renewals.
- Accelerate the sales cycle by building precise quotes, managing high-value pipeline opportunities, and equipping the sales team with the critical resources they need to win.
- Act as the key liaison with our global Key Management Center to ensure seamless, secure software license delivery directly to our clients.
- Maintain and optimize our customer database, ensuring our data is flawless, actionable, and ready for strategic decision-making.
- Analyze sales metrics to build and deliver high-impact revenue and forecast reports that directly influence leadership decisions.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or order administrative role within the software industry or a related field
- Experience in sales process and tools
- Experience in leading change and managing projects
- Working with Finance systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
