Our client is a highly regarded alternative asset manager with an established presence across private credit and lending markets. As the business continues to expand its investment suite, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Director to join the Product team in a strategic role focused on developing new investment products and supporting the growth of existing strategies.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Investments, Distribution, Legal, Compliance and Operations, you will lead product development initiatives from concept through to launch, managing complex projects, preparing investor-ready collateral and ensuring products are successfully brought to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of new investment products and fund structures.
  • Manage cross-functional projects across the full product lifecycle.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Investments, Distribution, Legal, Compliance and Operations.
  • Conduct product, market and competitor research to support strategic growth.
  • Prepare high-quality product documentation, investor collateral and presentations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across product governance, processes and reporting.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Product Development, Product Strategy or Product Management within funds management, private markets, investment banking or asset management.
  • Strong understanding of private credit, fixed income, alternative investments or investment products.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and investment writing skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for developing innovative investment solutions.
