Business Strategy Director

We are seeking experienced Business Strategy Directors to join the Compliance and Engagement Group (CEG) and Enterprise Solutions and Technology (EST), delivering strategic leadership across complex business environments.

As a Business Strategy Director, you will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of strategy, translating organisational priorities into practical measurable outcomes. You will work with senior executives and stakeholders to define strategic direction, establish performance measures and provide clear, evidence-based insights to inform decision making.

You will lead the delivery of complex, cross-domain initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution and client outcomes. A key focus of the role is driving organisational change through purposeful engagement, including leveraging data, insights and storytelling to improve decision-making, build data literacy and enhance access to information across CEG and EST. Some roles will require you to understand and translate business requirements into tangible data and analytics deliverables, ensuring clear linkage to measurable outcomes aligned to business priorities.

You will apply sound judgement to dynamic and ambiguous challenges, identify opportunities for strategic intervention and influence outcomes across a diverse stakeholder environment. You’ll build and maintain strong strategic partnerships across business and technical domains, enabling integrated solutions that improve client experience and organisational performance.

You will lead and develop high-performing teams, setting strategic direction, building capability and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement to deliver sustained impact.
