Data & Insights Analyst

Part Time - 3 Days per week

Trafalgar Entertainment Asia-Pacific is looking for a commercially minded Data & Insights Analyst to help us make smarter decisions through better use of data. This newly created role works across marketing, ticketing, productions and finance, transforming data into meaningful insights that drive audience growth, improve commercial performance and support strategic decision-making. You'll play a key role in helping teams understand what's working, where opportunities exist, and how we can continue to grow and engage our audiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity and governance of our data, developing dashboards and reports, and delivering insights that support both day-to-day operations and long-term planning. You'll work with a range of systems and data sources, using tools such as Power BI, SQL and HubSpot to turn complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the organisation.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with commercial curiosity and excellent communication skills. You should be just as comfortable building reports and analysing trends as you are explaining your findings to non-technical audiences.
