Your New Role

CV Infrastructure Services is seeking a URD Design Project Managers to join our Urban team based in Hendra. These critical positions will play a key role in delivering Energex subdivision and urban development projects while supporting the continued growth of our design capability.

Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Design Manager, you will lead teams of designers, manage project delivery outcomes, and act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinating a team of designers to achieve outstanding project outcomes
• Overseeing the preparation and delivery of Energex works plans and associated design documentation
• Managing project timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinating with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders
• Identifying project risks, resolving design challenges and driving continuous improvement
Maintaining high-quality design standards aligned with industry and client requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach to problem solving and project delivery
• A genuine desire to develop your leadership and team management capabilities
• Experience managing projects, coordinating teams, or leading design outcomes
The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of Energex subdivision projects and associated requirements
• Ability to read and interpret Energex works plans and related documentation
• Experience delivering designs in accordance with Energex standards and guidelines
Previous utility, electrical infrastructure or urban development design experience
