Business Strategy Manager

We are seeking experienced Business Strategy Managers to join the Compliance and Engagement Group (CEG) and Enterprise Solutions and Technology (EST), supporting the delivery of strategic outcomes across complex business environments.
As a Business Strategy Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of business strategies, translating organisational priorities into practical, measurable outcomes. You’ll work with stakeholders to analyse performance, contribute to strategic planning and provide clear, evidence-based insights to inform decision-making.
You will lead or contribute to the delivery of complex initiatives and work programs, ensuring alignment between strategy, implementation and client outcomes. A key focus of the role is supporting organisational change through effective stakeholder engagement, including the use of data, insights and storytelling to strengthen decision-making, uplift capability and improve access to information across CEG and EST. Some roles will require you to understand and translate business requirements into tangible data and analytics deliverables, ensuring clear linkage to measurable outcomes aligned to business priorities.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will apply sound judgement to complex and evolving challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to shaping business outcomes. You’ll build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across business and technical domains, enabling collaboration and delivering integrated, practical solutions.
You will lead teams or work programs, set priorities and manage delivery, while building capability and fostering a collaborative and high performing team environment.
