We are seeking a ServiceNow Configuration - CMDB Analyst who will own and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Qualifications
- ServiceNow Configuration - CMDB Analyst background
- ServiceNow CMDB - ITIL governance experience
- ServiceNow CMDB experience.
- Experience in ITIL 4 - Configuration, Change, Incident and Asset Management
- Experience with CSDM - Common Service Data Model
- Experience in IT infrastructure, applications and service mapping.
- ITIL Foundation and ServiceNow CMDB certifications would be an advantage
- Experience maintaining the accuracy of the Configuration Management Database - CMDB
- Experience ensuring Configuration Items (CIs) are correctly mapped.
- Experience improving CMDB data quality, governance and compliance.
- Experience supporting audits by producing CMDB evidence and reporting.
- Experience investigating discrepancies between discovery tools, asset systems and the CMDB.
- Experience producing dashboards and reports for operational and governance stakeholders.
- Experience driving continuous improvements to configuration management processes.
- Experience supporting integrations with tools like ServiceNow CMDB, discovery tools and LeanIX.
