We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Gelato Maker to join our team at Bondi Beach. As a Gelato Maker at Rivareno Gelato, you will be responsible for creating high-quality gelato using traditional Italian techniques and premium ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Preparing gelato mixtures according to recipes
• Operating gelato-making equipment
• Monitoring freezing and churning processes
• Creating new flavors and experimenting with ingredients
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Gelato Maker or experience in kitchen roles
• Knowledge of gelato-making techniques and equipment
• Attention to detail and passion for creating delicious desserts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
