About The Role

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for accelerating Electrolux’s growth within the Harvey Norman channel. You will drive the development and execution of a high-impact channel strategy, shaping joint business plans and delivering sustainable commercial success with full end-to-end Profit & Loss accountability.

As the senior relationship owner, you will cultivate and strengthen partnerships across Harvey Norman’s Head Office and State franchisee network, positioning Electrolux as a trusted and strategic partner. You will lead, inspire, and develop a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), empowering them to execute category growth strategies and deliver outstanding performance across their portfolios.

Success in this role will require a deep understanding of the market, strong commercial acumen, and the agility to navigate an evolving retail landscape.

You will leverage insights, identify opportunities, and drive innovative initiatives that deliver exceptional results for both Electrolux and Harvey Norman.

Internally, you will be a key cross-functional leader, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to align business priorities and bring the Harvey Norman go-to-market strategy to life. Through collaboration, influence, and strategic leadership, you will play a critical role in shaping Electrolux’s continued success within one of its most important retail partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsibility for the delivery of the annual joint business plan and go-to-market strategy with the Harvey Norman Group.
  • Ownership and optimization of the forecasting process.
  • Oversight of pricing and trade spend frameworks & aligned executional programs.
  • Ownership for the category range review process within HN to deliver innovation, distribution and NRM targets.
  • Execution of strategic customer objectives via strong planning and effective communication within both the customer and our national field teams.
  • Working closely with Finance, Marketing, Product Line and Demand Planning functions to ensure a strong connection with the market & other relevant trends, alignment on Marketing & Product plans and analysing performance & market intelligence to maximise results.

You will lead and coach your KAMs to drive;

  • Execution of product core range programs and merchandising standards.
  • Planning, execution and post campaign analysis of promotional activations.
  • Planning and execution of HN floor staff programs, ensuring effective training and advocacy of our brands.
  • Management of state and national QBR’s to ensure effective performance management through an agile and effective go-to-market strategy.
  • Effective management of trading terms and reconciliation of payments for customer incentives and rebates.
  • Analysis of all available data to identify business opportunities, risks and issues.

Who You Are

  • An experienced National Business Manager with a proven track record of driving commercial success and strategic growth across national accounts.
  • Understanding of & experience working with Whitegoods, Browngoods or small consumer durables would be advantageous, however not essential.
  • Proven capabilities in delivering strong commercial outcomes whilst effectively leading and managing a team.
  • A confident and empathetic leader and coach, skilled in developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of business models, key stakeholder dynamics, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external retail partners.
  • Technically proficient in Excel, Power BI, SAP, or other analytical tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
