Full Time Online Sales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced full time sales representative to join our online Business Development team. We need someone with experience building instant rapport with customers both over-the-phone and online and convert their enquiries into an in-person appointment with our showroom sales consultants.
The role requires someone capable of significant learning of products and stock on offer, attention to detail, disciplined administration, a curious mind and a helpful, team-based approach.
What you need to succeed....
- Able to work 8:30-5:30 for 10 days in a fortnight on a rotating roster, including Sundays 10-5:30pm.
- Polished & professional communication skills - both verbal and written
- Proven ability to build rapport and create engagement with customers over-the-phone and online.
- Personal drive to meet KPIs including targets to convert leads into sales appointments
- An interest & ability to learn the models & functionalities of our vehicles, both new and pre-owned.
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience of over-the-phone and online customer service and/or sales
- Strong attention to detail & disciplined administration skills – ability to follow process while building customer rapport
- A keen interest in cars, a curious mind and a desire to help will make this your dream job!
