We currently have the opportunity for an amazing Community Engagement Coordinator to join our marketing and fundraising team. In this role you will efficiently and effectively run the systems and processes essential to community fundraising, including accurate management of records in Salesforce and other core administrative responsibilities. You will manage and strengthen relationships with community partners including our long-standing volunteer committees and will also play a key role in the delivery of one of the Institute’s flagship campaigns (86K for a Cure). You will also lead community led DIY fundraisers and partner with families as they undertake fundraising initiatives.

To succeed you will have…

• Demonstrated experience supporting stakeholders and customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proven experience managing projects and/or events, ideally using project management platforms such as Monday.com.
• Strong data management skills with experience using CRM systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
