Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is looking for a Service Advisor to join the team at Audi Southport on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the role

As the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service or repair, you will play a central part in shaping the experience that keeps people coming back.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and accurately capturing their vehicle concerns, so the workshop team can do their best work every time
• Preparing and presenting service quotes with clarity, giving customers confidence in the work being done
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process, turning what can be a stressful experience into a straightforward one
• Coordinating job flow with the workshop, helping the team stay organised and on schedule
• Following up on recommended work and future service needs, building genuine long-term relationships with customers
• Handling invoicing and vehicle handovers with care and attention to detail

About You

You are someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership of the customer experience, and brings a steady, professional approach to a busy service environment.

More about you:

• Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or similar customer-facing role within the industry
• A solid understanding of vehicle servicing processes, giving you credibility with both customers and technicians
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with an ability to explain technical information simply
• Comfortable working with dealer management systems and confident handling administrative tasks accurately
• A current Queensland driver's licence
• A genuine commitment to delivering a consistent and respectful customer experience
