We're looking for an energetic and people-focused Assistant Venue Leader to join the team at Yo-Chi Castle Towers. Working alongside the Venue Leader, you'll help lead a high performing team, create unforgettable guest experiences, and keep the venue running at its very best every single day.

What you'll be doing
Support the Venue Leader in leading and inspiring a high performing team
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Lead by example on the floor, creating a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment
Support venue operations including rostering, stock management, food safety, and cash handling
Help drive KPIs, labour, and operational performance
Ensure the venue is clean, safe, and always looking its best
What we're looking for
Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR
A people first leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
Strong organisational and communication skills
A hands on attitude with the ability to thrive in fast paced environments
Positive, resilient, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
Flexible availability across a rotating Monday to Sunday roster
