Join our Works business unit and play a key role in delivering quality road, bridge and civil infrastructure projects across the Goulburn Mulwaree region.
As the Contractor Supervision & Inspection Officer, you will coordinate and supervise contractors engaged in Council’s capital works and maintenance programs, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
This hands-on role combines contractor management, worksite supervision, asset inspections, compliance monitoring and project coordination, helping to maintain and improve Council’s road network and infrastructure for the community.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
- A commencing annual salary of $91,719 with progression up to $103,225 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12.5% superannuation
- Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 38-hour working week
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements under Council’s Flex First Procedure including access to an individualised hour agreement
- Access to 2 weeks sick leave per year, cumulative where unused
- Access to 1 week MyLeave per year, to be utilised for any purpose
