Membership Officer
City of Rockingham WA
Temporary (through to 23 March 2027)
Part-time (15 hours per week)
About the role
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner while actively seeking new business to meet individual targets and team goals. The Membership Officer is responsible for the administration of membership contracts.
You will need to be able to accurately communicate all membership terms and conditions to members and prospective members. You possess well developed interpersonal skills and pride yourself on your teamwork, professionalism and eye for detail.
To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria as part of your online application:
- Experience providing high levels of customer service
- Sound IT skills and experience working with Microsoft Office suite and Facility Management Software (managing memberships and direct debits)
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate with up-to-date CPR Certificate
What we offer
$34.82 per hour, plus superannuation
