We’re growing fast and need an ambitious individual to step into a critical role that drives exceptional candidate experiences and ensures flawless delivery of attraction and recruitment campaigns.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of candidate management while maintaining process quality and client satisfaction, all under the guidance of your Account Manager.
You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting innovative approaches and delivering tailored solutions that help our clients achieve their strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Candidate Experience – Take full accountability for every stage of the candidate journey, ensuring timely communication, accurate data management, and a seamless process that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Drive Quality and Consistency – Adhere to agreed workflows and timelines, monitor attraction initiatives, and maintain real-time accuracy across systems to deliver an outstanding experience for every candidate.
- Deliver on Client Expectations – Support your Account Manager to ensure project plans and service level agreements are met, reporting regularly and escalating issues when needed to keep campaigns on track.
- Drive Seamless Campaign Execution – Action process delivery requirements, prepare reports and analysis, participate in client meetings and assessment centres, and draft campaign materials to align with client objectives.
- Ensure Consistent Quality – Apply established delivery templates and processes to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all campaigns.
- Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies and collaborate with your Account Manager and Account Director to evolve systems and procedures.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residence at the time of application
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field (desirable)
- HR background and/or experience supporting the execution of recruitment projects (or similar), ideally within a high-volume environment is also highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management coupled with excellent communication skills
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Excel in a collaborative, flexible team environment while taking ownership of your individual deliverables and contributing to shared success.
- Preferably based in Melbourne with our office located in South Yarra, though remote opportunities can be considered upon discussion
