We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Sales to lead our high performing Newcastle Sales team. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of the region's largest media sales operation, leading high-performing teams across TV, Audio and Digital while driving revenue growth and market success.

How you’ll make an impact
- Lead and inspire Newcastle's largest media sales team across TV, Audio and Digital.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales leadership and commercial excellence.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, agencies and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities while growing existing partnerships.
- Develop and coach high-performing sales talent to achieve exceptional results.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management and revenue performance.
- Partner with the General Manager to deliver business growth and market success.
- Champion innovative, customer-focused media solutions that deliver results.
What You'll Need
We're looking for a commercially savvy leader who brings:
- Significant experience leading large successful sales teams.
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching and people development capability.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and commercial acumen.
- Experience working within media, advertising, broadcast, digital or a related industry will be highly regarded.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Resilience, adaptability and the confidence to lead through change.
