Integrations Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain scalable integrations between SaaS platforms and external systems using C# and .NET
Build and support REST APIs and webhook-based integrations, including asynchronous messaging where required
Translate business and partner requirements into clear technical designs and integration specifications
Implement full end-to-end integration workflows, including authentication, data mapping, transformation, error handling, retries, and logging
Integrate with third-party platforms to ensure reliable data exchange across systems (e.g. POS, loyalty, ticketing), while maintaining documentation and resolving integration issues
Essential Experience
3+ years’ experience building and maintaining integrations in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment
Strong experience with REST APIs and webhooks; exposure to async messaging (queues/pub-sub) desirable
Ability to scope integrations and translate client/partner requirements into technical specifications
Essential Skills and Knowledge
Strong C# proficiency with experience building integration services in .NET
Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Jira and Salesforce
Nice to Have
Experience in sports, entertainment, or venue technology environments
Familiarity with concessions, ticketing, or access control systems
Exposure to mobile POS or Android-based hardware environments
Experience with POS platforms (e.g. Clover, Oracle Simphony/Micros, Square, Xenial, Amazon Just Walk Out)
Experience with loyalty/engagement platforms (e.g. Fortress, Lava, YinzCam, FanMaker, Accesso, iCare, Venuetize/Everi, Givex)
Exposure to campus dining systems (e.g. Atrium, CBORD, Transact)
Familiarity with inventory/procurement systems (e.g. Yellowdog, Birchstreet)
Education Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
