Your New Role

This role will oversee engineering delivery, client engagement, financial performance and organisational capability, ensuring the business continues to deliver exceptional outcomes for its clients. Working closely with project and engineering leaders, you will strengthen governance, systems and scalability, while fostering a high-performance culture that balances technical excellence, innovation and commercial discipline. A key focus will be driving sustainable growth, deepening client relationships and enhancing organisational capability without compromising the agility and entrepreneurial spirit that has underpinned the company's success.

What You Need to Succeed

You will bring demonstrated leadership experience within a consultancy, mechanical engineering, technical services or project-based environment, coupled with strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering profitable growth. Experience across mining, infrastructure, industrial or related sectors will provide valuable industry insight and credibility with clients and stakeholders. You will be a visible and engaging leader, capable of building high-performing teams, strengthening governance and operational discipline, and scaling an organisation while maintaining responsiveness, agility and customer focus.
