I lead the Go To Market and Technology practices at Bluefin Resources. We're growing and I'm hiring experienced recruiters for both teams. That means opportunities across:

What you would walk into. These are not cold desks. You'll inherit live client relationships across financial services, fintech, retail, enterprise software and large Australian employers. The work spans retained search, exclusive assignments, contingent and contract recruitment and long running client partnerships.
I still recruit. I still win work. I still run searches. You won't receive a target, a laptop and a wish for good luck.
Who this suits. At least 3 years of 360 agency recruitment in a technology or commercial market, or a strong generalist ready to specialise in a market with durable demand.
