ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager – Australian Regions, this role is responsible for developing and delivering a regional engagement plan that provides a world-class experience for members. You will lead a high-performing team and drive sustainable engagement, revenue growth and member satisfaction across your region.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you will strengthen CA ANZ’s local presence, build trusted stakeholder relationships and champion member-centric initiatives that deliver real value.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation and accountability
- Provide leadership across the office, setting the standard for performance and collaboration
- Develop and execute regional engagement plans to drive member satisfaction, engagement and revenue outcomes
- Lead a member-focused sales culture, supporting CPD, events and sponsorship performance
- Oversee delivery of events, conferences and engagement initiatives that enhance member value
- Build and manage strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Manage regional governance structures including councils, committees and advisory groups
- Collate and share member, employer and industry insights to inform strategy and innovation
- Act as escalation point for regional service issues, ensuring effective resolution
ABOUT YOU
- Proven senior leader with experience developing and leading high-performing teams
- Strong track record delivering strategic plans and achieving engagement, revenue and KPI outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level
- Commercially astute with financial acumen and experience managing budgets or P&L
- Innovative, adaptable and comfortable leading through change
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and public speaking capability
- Relevant tertiary qualification; CA qualification preferred but not essential
- Extensive experience in a relevant senior leadership role
