ICT Service Delivery & Project Officer

We are inviting expressions of interest for the position of ICT Service Delivery & Project Officer. This is a full-time, permanent basis within the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team. This is an exciting opportunity or a proactive and highly organised professional to support ICT service delivery and project coordination across Catholic Education South Australia!
The Role
This position provides cross-functional support to the ICT function, enabling effective service delivery across enterprise platforms, ICT projects, and school technology services. Acting as a central coordination point, the role will manage the triage and progression of ICT service requests, support project planning and delivery, and ensure strong governance and administrative practices across ICT operations.
The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the development of processes, systems, and practices that enhance service quality, efficiency, and alignment with CESA priorities
About You
This opportunity is open to current staff who meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience providing high-level business or administrative support, including managing competing priorities and confidential matters
- Proven experience in project or program coordination, ideally within an ICT or service delivery environment
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while exercising initiative and sound judgement
- High level proficiency in Microsoft 365 and contemporary workplace technologies
