Lead the commercialisation of an exciting portfolio and pipeline across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and the Pacific Islands.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of the regional commercialization plans working directly with cross functional teams across The Coca-Cola Company and its bottling partners.
Responsible for fostering and implementing improvements and efficiencies in working practices and processes between the OU and franchise partners
Contribute to the delivery of annual business plan in collaboration with key partners and functions
Apply skillset to enable delivery of initiatives additional to core innovation commercialisation
Strong financial acumen demonstrated through ability to articulate technical decisions with financial context
Education Requirements
Commercialisation or project management qualifications advantageous
Related Work Experience
Experience in one or more functional areas within commercialisation, project management, supply chain, R&D, preferably within the food and beverage industry
Very good understanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management framework and methodologies, metrics and commercialization processes.
Strong abilities to connect and collaborate with the bottling partners and suppliers and the commercial roles of the market/s.
