Senior Manager, Commercialisation

Lead the commercialisation of an exciting portfolio and pipeline across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and the Pacific Islands.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the regional commercialization plans working directly with cross functional teams across The Coca-Cola Company and its bottling partners.

  • Responsible for fostering and implementing improvements and efficiencies in working practices and processes between the OU and franchise partners

  • Contribute to the delivery of annual business plan in collaboration with key partners and functions

  • Apply skillset to enable delivery of initiatives additional to core innovation commercialisation

  • Strong financial acumen demonstrated through ability to articulate technical decisions with financial context

Education Requirements

Commercialisation or project management qualifications advantageous

Related Work Experience

  • Experience in one or more functional areas within commercialisation, project management, supply chain, R&D, preferably within the food and beverage industry

  • Very good understanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management framework and methodologies, metrics and commercialization processes.

  • Strong abilities to connect and collaborate with the bottling partners and suppliers and the commercial roles of the market/s.
