The Opportunity
We are looking for a Network Planner to join our Centralised Planning team in North Ryde.
This role plays a critical part in optimising inventory performance, working capital, supply, and ensuring efficient product flow across the CSR network. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, while proactively identifying risks and driving continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven supply chain professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and influencing outcomes across a complex network.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive network inventory optimisation strategy, balancing service levels, cost efficiency, and working capital performance
- Manage and track execution of Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely product flow
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (e.g. demand variability, supply disruptions, capacity constraints)
- Monitor inventory levels and network performance, proactively rebalancing stock to minimise shortages and excess
- Track and report on key KPIs such as service levels and stock availability.
- Identify and resolve inventory imbalances and inefficiencies across the network
- Collaborate with distribution, production, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues and improve supply outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and system enhancements
About You
- 3+ years' experience in supply chain planning, inventory planning, or purchasing
- Strong SAP experience (essential)
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles and network planning concepts
- Exposure to S&OP / IBP processes
- Strong analytical and numerical capability, with experience working with data and planning systems
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
